This German style cottage is something you would find nestled in the trees of an old forest. The old world details, heavy stone, and rustic timbers give this home a truly authentic feel. The steep ravine on the back side of the lot is home to a massive wetland and towering birch trees. The views were too good to ignore so we pushed the home back toward the trees and lined the walls with floor to ceiling windows. No matter where you are in the home, you can take in the scenery of your own private forest. This wide open main floor consists of a chefs kitchen, butlers pantry, formal dining, family room, and a two story four season porch. Massive chamfered columns and arches divide the spaces in style.
