Feasibility Phase
During this phase, we answer the big question – Can I do what I want within my budget?
Design Phase
Design can and should take a considerable amount of time. We want to get things right in this stage. We will be designing around your lifestyle and taking the rest of your home into consideration
Construction Phase
Will you be able to live in or have to move out during construction?
How Long will it take to Complete My Project?
Feasibility – 2 weeks

At the beginning of every project, we discuss your goals and determine what is possible within your budget. We start with a phone call and follow it up with a visit to your home. If our initial budget numbers look good, we move into a design phase.

Design – 6 to 8 weeks

During the design phase, we put a pencil and paper to your design ideas. We start with conceptual plans and evolve them into construction drawings. Once the plans, scope of work, and interior design selections are complete, we send the project out for estimation. At the end of this phase, we will present the final project cost and move toward production

Construction

Sit back and relax while we make your dream a reality. You’ve earned it. Kitchens and baths can take as little as 6-8 weeks. Basements typically take 10 to 12 weeks. Additions and whole house remodels can be upwards of 20 weeks depending on the size and complexity.
