Is Renaissance Right For You?
Our customers come to us with a dream; an aspirational vision of what their home could be. It’s our job to take that vision and bring it to life. We listen not only to the style and aesthetics you are looking for, but we seek to understand the deeper motivation behind your decision to build. Not just where you want to live, but how do you want to live. Not just the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, but how the rooms in your home amplify your life. Your home should make you happy. It should be unique to you and how you live your life? This is the type of home we build.

How Much Will My Project Cost?
How can you make the biggest decision of your life and commit to a builder without having some inclination to what it will cost you? We get it.
Several beautiful homes we have been honored to custom design and build.
Budget is important to us and needs to be a major consideration, but if budget is your first priority, we may not be a good fit. The quick answer is simple. Every project is different, and we have never built the same house twice which makes it impossible to accurately estimate a project without going through a complete design phase. However, that is a just a terrible answer. We’ve built quite a few homes over the last 30 plus years, and we can come reasonably close to a budget estimate based on past projects with a similar square footage and scope of work.
As a starting point, most of our homes start in the $220-$225 per square foot range and go up from there. An example of something that could increase that number would be the complexity of the build, or the types of materials used.
